Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance while ensuring all work meets company standards and local code requirements. Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and recommended repairs to deliver professional customer service. This role supports homeowners by providing reliable heating and cooling solutions as part of American Residential Services, the nation's largest provider of residential comfort services. Full-time, year-round work with weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
