Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance while identifying system issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements, communicating clearly with homeowners about performance and repairs. Maintain professional customer service throughout the job. This role supports homeowners with reliable heating and cooling solutions. Full-time, year-round work with weekend availability is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
