HVAC Service Tech responsible for routine maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and refrigerant checks; perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues; support sales goals by generating leads and upselling service agreements when appropriate; communicate clearly with customers about repairs or upgrades; four 10-hour shifts; base pay plus bonuses/commissions; company vehicle; benefits package; leadership and team collaboration emphasis.
Required Qualifications
