HVAC Service Project Manager

HVAC Service Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HVAC projects for customers; will source and procure materials, ensure delivery on time and within budget; manages project engineers and general superintendents; conducts hand-off meetings, analyzes requirements, assigns foremen, and conducts weekly site visits to document progress, materials, and labor. Tracks milestones, provides weekly status updates to management, coordinates with general superintendents on hours, materials, subcontractors, and schedules; forecasts manpower, procures under-budget materials, and reviews buy orders for pricing and quantity accuracy; ensures change orders have contractor signatures, prepares for billing meetings, and performs regular quality control and site cleanliness. Requires strong communication, blueprint-reading, Blue Beam, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask across multiple projects; 3+ years PM/engineer experience in mechanical/plumbing HVAC, and ability to work independently or in a team. Work environment includes both office and field with on-site duties and occasional travel as needed.
