HVAC Service Project Manager

Job Summary
Implement and oversee HVAC service projects from planning through execution and closeout. Lead project engineers and general superintendents, assign foremen, and coordinate procurement of materials to meet budget and schedule. Conduct regular site visits to document progress, ensure milestones are met, and communicate status updates to management. Manage change orders, prepare for billing meetings, and ensure quality control through collaboration with general contractors. Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications; skilled in MS Office and Blue Beam; capable of multitasking across multiple projects and communicating effectively with stakeholders to maintain timelines and budget. Experience in the mechanical/plumbing HVAC industry with strong organizational, budgeting, and leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of project management/project engineer experience in the mechanical/plumbing industry
- strong experience in HVAC
- ability to handle multiple small and changeout projects daily
- excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Blue Beam
- ability to read blueprints and specifications
- capability to manage project budgets and schedule
- ability to work independently or as part of a team
- detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
