Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of residential HVAC Service Technicians while managing daily operations, including scheduling, dispatch coordination, and workflow optimization. Track key performance indicators such as revenue, average ticket, maintenance agreements, callback rates, and customer satisfaction to drive department growth. Conduct ride-alongs for technical coaching and support technicians with complex diagnostics, escalated service issues, and EPA compliance requirements. Recruit, interview, onboard, and train HVAC professionals while ensuring fleet readiness and reviewing service reports for accuracy. Resolve escalated customer concerns and partner with dispatch and installation teams to maintain a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Current EPA Certification
- Strong residential HVAC diagnostic and technical knowledge
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous HVAC leadership, management, or supervisory experience
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
