Job Summary
HVAC Service Manager responsible for overall project management and leadership across projects, including coordinating with service superintendents, guiding budgets and schedules, and developing client proposals and presentations. Key duties include managing project scope, cost tracking, preparing and reviewing estimates, coordinating on-site inspections, ensuring timely execution within budget, maintaining client relationships, and leading negotiations for contracts and changes. Strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships, leading proposal development, and providing technical leadership to the field. Requires experience in mechanical contracting, ability to coordinate submittals/shop drawings/OM manuals, and proficient written and oral communication skills; bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Construction Sciences, or Mechanical Engineering preferred, with graduate degrees a plus. Willingness to continue education and professional development. On-site presence required with regular site visits and field coordination.
