Job Summary
HVAC Service Manager role leading and coordinating field service activities for a commercial/industrial HVAC, building automation, and energy services company. Responsible for providing technical leadership on job sites, managing equipment, materials, and staffing, and ensuring timely, high-quality service while maximizing gross margins. Key duties include project management, auditing documents, expediting schedules and billing, delivering leads to sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Requires minimum 7 years of field experience, Universal EPA certification, and strong knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration, and oil analysis; must hold a valid driver’s license. The position emphasizes staff development, training, safety adherence, and ongoing technical knowledge improvement. Relocation assistance and a company-provided vehicle are offered. Salary range: $105,000–$115,000 plus annual bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Minimum 7 years of commercial/industrial service technician field experience
- Universal EPA Certified
- Demonstrated knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration, and oil analysis
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
- Certificate of Completion or Diploma from an accredited HVAC trade school preferred
