Job Summary
Lead and coach a team of HVAC service technicians at the Jackson, WI headquarters; oversee field operations, scheduling, dispatching, and service-call monitoring; provide hands-on technical support and training to improve troubleshooting and turnover processes; ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You’ll spend substantial time in the field, guiding technicians on technical delivery, while managing resources and inventory to optimize field efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in HVAC service management or a closely related leadership role
- Willingness to work in the field and train, motivate, and inspire technicians
- Strong customer value-adding techniques to improve ticket price
- Comprehensive knowledge of residential HVAC systems and troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customers and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain calm under pressure
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to work in unconditioned spaces and lift up to 50 pounds
