HVAC Service Manager

Lead and develop residential HVAC service technicians to ensure quality, timely, and profitable work; manage technician performance, conduct weekly 1:1s and ride-alongs, review work for standards, provide technical and safety coaching, and collaborate with dispatch to maximize revenue. Oversee hiring, payroll submissions, capacity planning, and training programs; drive a positive culture and world-class operations while meeting department goals and maintaining safety and equipment readiness. Ensure warranty/parts returns are processed promptly, manage on-call schedules, and support the General Manager in achieving growth and operational excellence.
