Lead and develop a strong HVAC service team through regular ride-alongs, coaching technical skills, and mentoring technicians. Coach and mentor HVAC technicians through regular ride-alongs to ensure quality work and strong customer experience while handling escalated customer issues. Drive growth by owning department performance metrics such as revenue, margins, and efficiency, executing a revenue plan, and tracking KPIs like average ticket and conversion rates. Manage labor, expenses, and overall department profitability by overseeing payroll, job data, and administrative functions while partnering with dispatch to optimize scheduling. Collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and improve service efficiency.
