Job Summary
Recruit, train, and coach HVAC service technicians while conducting regular ride-alongs and performance reviews. Oversee daily residential service operations, ensuring proper dispatch, quality adherence, and compliance with all regulations. Lead team meetings focused on technical and sales development, driving revenue through coaching and maintenance agreement promotion. Monitor productivity metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction to establish KPI-driven goals and implement corrective actions. Manage departmental budgets, analyze profitability reports, and resolve escalated customer concerns to maintain high retention rates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and replacement systems
- Proven track record in service sales and team performance management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to analyze business metrics and develop action plans
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification
- Experience managing maintenance agreement programs
- Prior experience in a residential home service company
