Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians; own the service-to-install pipeline by guiding conversations with customers and handing off to installs; drive departmental KPIs and manage the role’s daily/weekly/monthly rhythm; handle customer escalations to protect the company’s reputation; drive maintenance membership program performance; collaborate across departments (Operations, Install, Call Center, Dispatch, Warehouse, leadership); participate in hiring and developing the bench of technicians; this is an on-site leadership role in Mohave County targeting Lake Havasu City.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years in HVAC service management or a comparable leadership role
- Experience coaching technicians and developing team performance
- Ability to read and analyze numbers, tell a story with data, and drive KPIs
- On-site leadership role in Mohave County (Lake Havasu City)
- Ability to partner across functions (Operations, Install, Call Center, Dispatch, Warehouse, Leadership)
- Experience with field service management software and dashboards (e.g., ServiceTitan)
- Strong communication and people-management skills
