Job Summary
Provide daily field support to HVAC service technicians on maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment startups. Assist with advanced diagnostics on complex issues across commercial systems, conduct quality control checks, and deliver on-the-job coaching to improve skill sets. Support dispatch with scheduling based on workload and priority, review work orders for accuracy, and enforce OSHA safety standards through regular audits. Ensure technicians have appropriate tools and coordinate with warehouse teams for parts inventory. Assist with customer communication regarding technical issues and resolve escalated concerns professionally.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‐on commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong technical knowledge in diagnosing, repairing, and commissioning HVAC systems
- Experience with Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, RTU's and other commercial HVAC equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience mentoring or supervising technicians
- HVAC certifications or journeyman/master license
