Job Summary
Schedule and monitor daily technician schedules, dispatching work orders for heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services based on priority and location. Receive and record completed work orders from field technicians, contact customers to confirm appointments, and coordinate parts scheduling and warranty installations. Maintain an accurate technician database, handle departmental paperwork, and answer customer inquiries regarding rebates and system operations. Communicate with field personnel via Outlook and manage weekend shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus
Additional Requirements
- Candidates with no trades dispatch experience will not be considered
