Job Summary
HVAC Service Dispatcher role responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, dispatching technicians based on urgency/location/skill, coordinating daily service schedules, monitoring technician routes, maintaining accurate service records, and assisting with work orders, invoices, and service documentation. Requires strong communication, multitasking, data-entry, and customer-service mindset to support the service department in a fast-paced, team-oriented, direct-hire environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with scheduling or dispatch software. Location: Hazleton, PA. DIRECT HIRE opportunity with Creative Comfort Inc., serving Northeastern Pennsylvania.
