Job Summary
As an HVAC Service Dispatcher in our Coatesville, PA office, you’ll be the voice of the company, handling phone, email, and text communications to deliver superb customer service. You’ll schedule appointments, resolve client issues, and serve as the primary liaison for field technicians to help them succeed in the field. The role involves a variety of office tasks, maintaining organization, and ongoing customer-service training to improve service delivery and software usage. This position requires in-office presence (40 hours/week) and a focus on timely, accurate coordination to support HVAC service operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of related experience in the HVAC Industry as a Dispatcher
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to multi-task
- typing at least 50 WPM
- computer and MS Office Suite proficiency
- positive personality

- reliable transportation
- background check acceptable
