Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of commercial heating and air conditioning projects by verifying estimate and bid accuracy, referencing plans and specifications to procure equipment, and managing unforeseen circumstances during construction. Ensure technicians have necessary resources to execute tasks flawlessly while maintaining efficiency and schedule adherence from project start to completion. Deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality work across every project undertaken. Work a 7 am to 4 pm schedule Monday through Friday. This role supports a Local 638 union-based HVAC service contractor serving the five boroughs and Long Island for over 25 years, maintaining, repairing, and replacing multiple types of units in commercial buildings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Experience
- Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common office applications
