HVAC Service and Sales Technician to install, service, or repair heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities include completing all general HVAC in-home service calls, asking lifestyle questions to troubleshoot malfunctions, explaining replacement opportunities, reading blueprints/diagrams, maintaining an organized job site and inventory, and contributing to revenue goals through effective sales and customer engagement. The role involves participation in training, trade shows, and meetings, accurate invoicing and time-card practices, and ensuring safety and compliance across projects. Must possess 2 years HVAC service experience and EPA Certification; local candidate required. Salary range $60,000–$120,000 per year with bonuses, PTO, holidays, and advancement opportunities; typical schedule Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm in Midvale, UT, with local responsibilities.
