Job Summary
Install, maintain, and service HVAC equipment while diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults. Perform necessary repairs, communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, and submit daily paperwork. Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment cleanliness; adhere to safety protocols, PPE requirements, and established procedures. Attend weekly department meetings and mentor junior technicians. Wear approved uniform and professional attire. Complete repetitive tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and entering confined spaces. Work standard business hours with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of HVAC equipment
- Technical aptitude
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, pull, carry, push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, pull, carry, push over 50 pounds with assistance of others and/or equipment
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks which may include overhead or awkward positioning
- Must wear approved uniform and conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Must be on time and ready to complete the task at hand
- Understand and wear personal protection equipment (PPE)
- Follow all safety protocols
- Follow all established procedures and standards communicated by management
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 10 Certified/EPA Certified Preferred
