Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while performing thorough inspections to identify performance improvements. Provide homeowners with clear explanations of findings, educate them on repair options, upgrades, and maintenance plans, and present solutions that fit their specific needs and budget. Ensure every service call is completed with professionalism, quality, and attention to detail, building lasting customer relationships through honesty and outstanding service. Generate replacement opportunities and referrals by delivering exceptional experiences that help homeowners improve comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with homeowners
- Confidence presenting solutions and recommendations
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Must be able to climb ladders and navigate uneven surfaces
- Must be able to move equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces
