Job Summary
Senior HVAC Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, performing preventative maintenance and system inspections, handling advanced service calls and complex diagnostics, educating customers on repair, replacement and efficiency options, mentoring junior technicians, maintaining accurate service records and documentation, delivering exceptional customer service while following safety standards and coordinating with dispatch and management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, split systems, package units, and air conditioning systems
- Ability to independently handle advanced technical service calls
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
