Job Summary
Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks while responding promptly to service calls and customer concerns. Communicate clearly with clients regarding system conditions and collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues. Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities and strictly follow safety procedures and industry regulations. Requires valid HVAC certification, EPA refrigerant handling license, and five years of hands-on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid HVAC Technician certification or license
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling
- Valid driver's license with a clean 3-year driving record
