Job Summary
HVAC Selling Technician to service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems, draft proposals and close HVAC sales, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Collaborates with the installation team to ensure proper setup and functioning of HVAC systems post-sale; troubleshoots malfunctions; maintains a neat work area and vehicle; upholds safety standards; builds client relationships and supports post-sale service with a focus on generating five-star customer reviews.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ Years of experience in HVAC Installations
- 3+ Years of experience in HVAC Service
- 1+ years of Experience HVAC Sales
- Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
- Must have basic HVAC hand tools. (Specialty tools provided by company)
