Job Summary
Answer multi-line phones and emails to prioritize service calls, then conduct detailed data entry for customer information, addresses, invoices, and attachments. Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance, repairs, or additional services for technicians while maintaining a professional image and positive attitude. This full-time, hourly role includes an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday with occasional overtime. Candidates must have at least two years in HVAC scheduling or service dispatching, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a scheduling or service dispatching in the construction industry
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Outlook
- Skilled with multi-line telephone system
- Strong history in customer relations
- Must be able to read, write & speak English fluently
- Must be able to follow and enforce company policies
- Must be able to pass an immediate drug test
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC experience preferred
- Verbal Spanish fluency
