Job Summary
On-site HVAC Scheduler/Dispatcher coordinating and scheduling service visits for Johnson Controls customers in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities include receiving customer service requests, aligning technicians to customer/service needs, debriefing daily with technicians, ensuring timely preventative maintenance, communicating action plans to customers, and following up to ensure completion. Involves work with NxGen data, parts ordering, time/expense reporting, and participation in daily team huddles and planning meetings. Requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and independent work capabilities. Preferred Associate degree and experience with project accounting/costing. Salary range is $22-$29 hourly (annualized to $45,760-$60,320) with competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling
- Ability to work independently
- Organizational and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a large and diverse workload
- Ability to influence diverse teams
