Job Summary
The HVAC Salesperson is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to identify their HVAC needs, conducting on-site assessments, and presenting customized solutions. This role involves preparing and delivering sales presentations, building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have proven sales and customer service experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. Technology skills, including familiarity with CRM software and social media, are a plus.
