Job Summary
Meet homeowners throughout Monroe County to inspect residential HVAC systems, evaluate equipment, and recommend indoor comfort solutions based on customer needs. Explain system conditions, repair options, and replacement recommendations in clear language while building lasting relationships through honest communication. Complete accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan and operate a take-home company vehicle while adhering to safety standards. Participate in company-paid training to develop technical knowledge and consultative sales skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of residential in-home HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to recommend solutions that meet customer needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain technical information in simple, customer-friendly language
- Ability to learn and effectively use ServiceTitan
- Positive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
