Job Summary
Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage. Troubleshoot equipment to diagnose issues and perform emergency repairs promptly. Track completed repairs in trade software (ServiceTitan) and engage with customers to inform them of solutions and recommend products. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. This role offers a competitive weekly pay of $80,000-$100,000+ annually, comprehensive benefits including medical and dental, and a company-provided truck and gas card. Candidates must have at least two years of HVAC Service/Selling Technician experience, an EPA 608 Universal Certification, and a valid U.S. Driver's License.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service/Selling Technician
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean record
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
