Job Summary
HVAC Sales Technician / Comfort Advisor responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems, educating homeowners, and presenting repair, replacement, maintenance, IAQ, and membership options. Must build customer trust, present financing options when appropriate, generate memberships and service/replacement opportunities, and maintain ServiceTitan records with professional appearance and company vehicle. Requires strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills, excellent customer communication, and familiarity with sales processes and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background screening
