Job Summary
As the Customer Service Representative for an HVAC-focused team, you will be the first voice customers hear, turning inbound calls into booked HVAC service appointments, keeping the schedule full, and offering the maintenance membership to eligible customers. You will handle calls with warmth and urgency, log every interaction in the CRM, follow validated scripts and workflows, and provide light dispatch support by coordinating the daily schedule for the technician. The role emphasizes phone-based sales, accuracy in notes and data entry, and the ability to meet targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC industry (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) as customer service, sales, appointment setting, or a call center
- Excellent spoken English and a clear, friendly phone presence
- Comfortable selling and handling objections without being pushy
- Highly organized and accurate with notes and data entry
- Reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work independently from home
- A reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet
- Quick to learn new tools and software
- Nice to Have: Experience with Housecall Pro or similar field-service software
- Nice to Have: Experience selling maintenance plans or service memberships
- Nice to Have: Experience supporting U.S.-based customers
