Responsibilities include prospecting and winning new business via in-person visits and referrals, performing on-site assessments, presenting professional proposals and contracts, coordinating with operations and estimating teams, maintaining a robust pipeline, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate creates opportunities through cold outreach, speaks confidently with decision-makers, and leverages CRM tools to manage relationships and forecast growth.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HVAC or mechanical sales experience (required)
  • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and services
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling
  • Skilled in consultative selling, negotiation, and objection handling
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
