Job Summary
HVAC Sales Representative responsible for initiating, establishing and building profitable service relationships with new customers for FirstCall Mechanical. Duties include prospecting and qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, developing a referral network, conducting sales calls to address HVAC system needs for facilities, proposing solutions with a focus on maintenance and digital service offerings, managing proposals through to closing, maintaining customer accounts and supporting renewals, and executing territory marketing plans. Key skills include technical HVAC knowledge, strong presentation abilities, relationship-building, and a customer-centric approach to drive service and maintenance sales and decarbonization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 previous progressive sales roles
- Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience selling service and maintenance
- Exposure to sales methodologies, standards, and disciplines
- Knowledge of Building HVAC Systems
