Job Summary
HVAC Residential Sales Representative in Jamestown, NC. Sell HVAC solutions and maintenance programs to homeowners, analyzing customer needs, preparing customized proposals, and guiding customers through to sale. Role involves consulting with potential and existing customers, leading the sales process, conducting post-sale follow-up, handling objections, presenting quotes and credit terms, and building long-term relationships. Offers an uncapped commission structure with six-figure earning potential, company vehicle, iPad, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Requires strong written/verbal communication, organizational skills, computer literacy, and willingness to be trained in HVAC products and sales techniques.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of previous sales experience
- Experience in In-Home Sales preferred
- High School Graduate or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
