Job Summary
HVAC Residential Sales Representative in High Point, NC. The role involves analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, creating sales proposals, finalizing sales, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Leads are provided; there is no cold calling. Training will be provided on sales and product knowledge. The position offers a six-figure earnings potential with commission, a company vehicle, and a company-provided iPad. Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and computer literacy are required. Responsibilities include building relationships, guiding customers through customized HVAC systems and maintenance programs, leading the sales process, handling post-sale follow-up, following up on bids, overcoming objections, presenting quotes and credit terms, and supporting sales activities such as trade shows and referrals.
