HVAC Sales Representative

HVAC Residential Sales Representative in Burlington, NC. Provide direct support to the Sales Department by analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, creating sales proposals, finalizing sales, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include consulting with potential/existing customers to customize HVAC system solutions (including maintenance programs), leading the sales process, handling post-sale follow-up, following up on bids/leads, overcoming objections, emphasizing features, pricing, and credit terms, and preparing sales orders. Build and maintain customer relationships, participate in sales activities (trade shows, referrals), and work evenings and weekends. Training will be provided; strong communication, organization, and computer skills required; opportunity to earn six-figure commissions.
