Job Summary
HVAC Residential Sales Representative position at Eanes Services in NC seeking experienced sales professionals to analyze customer needs for HVAC systems, create proposals, close sales, and follow up for customer satisfaction. Role includes handling objections, presenting quotes and credit terms, preparing sales orders, building long-term customer relationships, and supporting corporate efforts through trade shows and referrals. Training provided on HVAC products and sales processes; equipped with an iPad and company vehicle. Hours include evenings and weekends. Minimum 5 years of sales experience required; HVAC knowledge not mandatory but in-home sales experience is a must; MS Office skills and strong communication/organization are required. Education: GED/HS diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
