Job Summary
HVAC Residential Sales Representative responsible for analyzing customer needs, proposing customized HVAC systems, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Role emphasizes leveraging incoming leads (no cold calling), presenting maintenance program options, building long-term customer relationships, and meeting monthly targets. Requires 5+ years of sales experience (in-home sales preferred); HVAC knowledge not mandatory as training is provided. Must be available to work evenings and weekends and comfortable with commission-based earnings; will receive company vehicle, iPad, and sales training to support informed buying decisions.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of previous sales experience
- In-Home Sales experience required
- Knowledge of HVAC is not mandatory; training will be provided
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Well-organized self-starter with attention to detail and computer literacy
- Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
