Job Summary
HVAC Sales Manager focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and profitability. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing customized HVAC solutions, and collaborating with engineering and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field and 3+ years of HVAC sales experience with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, along with excellent communication skills and a proven sales performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in commercial and/or residential markets
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
