Job Summary
HVAC Sales position as a Comfort Advisor/Project Manager requires minimum 3 years sales experience, strong customer relationship and negotiation skills, and high school diploma. Full-time role with salary range from $150,000 to $500,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the industry.
- A high school Diploma or GED, Associates degree in related field preferred.
- Knowledge of industry equipment, field concepts, practices, procedures, tools, and equipment.
- Previous experience in service agreement sales and estimating.
- Strong relationship building skills, customer focused and disciplined.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have computer experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.
- Valid drivers license and approved to drive by Companys insurance carrier.
