Job Summary
Answer heavy phones, schedule inbound and outbound unit estimates, and pre-qualify retail leads from Costco and Home Depot portals. Confirm appointments, manage non-retail and rescheduling requests, and respond to scheduling emails. Monitor the dispatch board and service calendar. Assist with field tasks or take payments when phones are busy. Maintain excellent service standards to ensure high customer satisfaction. Requires 2+ years in customer service, clear communication skills, and flexibility to work holidays or cover team members.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service skills (2 yr minimum)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a back-ground check
- Flexible schedule- must be able to work holidays, come in early, stay late or cover team members when needed
