Job Summary
As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you will establish customer rapport, develop key client relationships, negotiate and close deals, and create accurate sales proposals. You will work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quality of service. Responsibilities include generating leads, understanding customer financing options, participating in training, and monitoring market conditions. Success in this role requires a strong sales background, financial acumen, proficiency in IT, and exceptional communication skills, along with a positive and driven attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales.
- Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
- IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- Good presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated, flexible and great attitude on life.
- Must work with a team and independently and be self-motivated.
