Job Summary
Conduct in-home comfort surveys to evaluate residential HVAC needs while meeting minimum budgeted sales targets. Convert prospects into satisfied owners of new air conditioning and heating systems using exceptional marketing skills. Manage financing paperwork and collect cash payments promptly after arriving early for appointments. Follow up with prospects timely and complete all tasks accurately. This commission-based role (60k-100k) supports a family-owned service company delivering a 100% satisfaction guarantee, with a paid training period and excellent benefits including health, paid time off, and continued education.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Thorough understanding of accounting and finance
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
- Must be able to work up to 12 hours per day
