Job Summary
Sell replacement HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. Present HVAC system replacement options and financing options to customers. Learn the One Hour sales system and ethical practices. Maintain sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor and convey a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving. Wear floor savers in the client’s home. This role is based in Elk Grove, CA and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional sales consultations and technical guidance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC trade experience, proven sales experience, strong communication skills, ability to pass background checks and drug screen, and a clean driving record.
