Job Summary
HVAC Sales/Service Technician responsible for in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs, presenting customized solutions, and closing sales while coordinating with installation and service teams. Performs diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems; conducts safety checks and tune-ups; educates customers on energy efficiency and financing options; maintains customer relationships through product knowledge and professional communication. Requires EPA 608 Certification, 5+ years HVAC experience (sales and service), ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints, and willingness to work Tuesday–Saturday. Will operate in Cape Coral, FL with a company-provided vehicle and benefits; potential for uncapped commissions and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of HVAC service and Sales experience (residential/light commercial)
- Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb into attics or crawl spaces
- Terrific communication and customer service skills
- Trade school or HVAC certification preferred
