Job Summary
Lead and coach the HVAC sales team to reach and surpass sales targets while supervising both installation and service technicians. Resolve escalations and complaints regarding complex service issues, utilizing technical expertise to troubleshoot advanced heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Monitor technician KPIs daily to ensure high performance across your teams. This onsite role in Austin, TX, requires 3+ years of HVAC industry experience and the ability to manage technical troubleshooting and sales functions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC industry experience
- Experience leading or coaching teams
- Ability to manage both installation and service technicians
- Strong skills in handling escalations and complex service issues
- Technical knowledge to support troubleshooting advanced HVAC systems
- Experience tracking and interpreting technician KPIs
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must pass pre-employment drug testing
