HVAC Retail Installer

Job Summary
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, ductwork, thermostats, grilles, and piping in residential homes following manufacturer specifications, industry codes, and company requirements. Maintain quality and safety standards on all installations while preparing operational reports and updating job-related knowledge. Communicate with personnel to discuss project details and complete assigned tasks within standard timeframes. Operate a company vehicle and possess hand and power tools to execute duties. Requires a valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle report, and five years of residential installation experience. Must be self-motivated, possess physical dexterity to lift up to 100 lbs, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes
- Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times
- A Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Must possess hand tools and power tools to execute job duties
- Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company's standard timeframe
- Must be self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity
