Job Summary
Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment, ductwork, thermostats, grilles, and piping in residential homes while adhering to manufacturer specifications, industry codes, and company requirements. Maintain quality and safety standards on all installations, prepare operational reports, and communicate project details with other personnel. Operate a company vehicle and use hand and power tools to execute tasks within the assigned timeframe. Possess a valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle report, and five years of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes. Lift up to 100 lbs. at times.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes
- Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times
- A Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Must possess hand tools and power tools to execute job duties
- Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company's standard timeframe
- Must be self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
- Physical dexterity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
