Job Summary
Install, service, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers throughout the Clearwater area. Diagnose and fix electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of AC systems while conducting all HVACR jobs in a prompt and professional manner. Perform routine maintenance activities and communicate with dispatch and customers regarding service. Requires 5-10+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA Certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work independently in a timely manner with a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record. Salary ranges from $22 to $30 per hour depending on experience. Company truck provided with fuel and expenses covered.
Required Qualifications
- 5 -10+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Must read, write, and speak fluent English
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Valid social security number
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- EPA Certification is required
- Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel, and twist
- Must be able to climb ladders, work both inside and outside, and around moving equipment safely
