Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance while identifying system issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements, and communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and repair needs. Deliver professional customer service while completing field tasks. This role supports homeowners through reliable heating and air conditioning solutions. Full-time, year-round work with dispatched scheduling from home.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
